Wellness Vedanta is designed to equip new members with the fundamentals of Vedanta, terminologies and their application, to help them transition into weekly Gita study program easily.
8 Week Beginners Program - Screening
Wellness Vedanta provides a comprehensive explanation of the dynamics of one’s mind and intellect and their relationship to the quality of life. Offering participants an opportunity to begin the journey of self-enquiry. Skills acquired from this program include self-control, strength of emotion and critical thinking.
A prerequisite to begin the study of higher Vedanta literature, such as the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishad and Vedanta Treatise - The Eternities.

Working executives, couples, professionals, youth. No prior knowledge of Vedanta or Sanskrit is required.

Rangarajan is an eminent resource on the lifestyle wellness wisdom of Vedanta in the GTA.
