Wellness Vedanta is designed to equip new members with the fundamentals of Vedanta, terminologies and their application, to help them transition into weekly Gita study program easily.

10 Sessions, Beginners Program - Screening

Wellness Vedanta provides a comprehensive explanation of the dynamics of one’s mind and intellect and their relationship to the quality of life. Offering participants an opportunity to begin the journey of self-enquiry. Skills acquired from this program include self-control, strength of emotion and critical thinking.

A prerequisite to begin the study of higher Vedanta literature, such as the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishad and Vedanta Treatise - The Eternities.

    Who Can Attend

    Working executives, couples, professionals, youth. No prior knowledge of Vedanta or Sanskrit is required.

Rangarajan

Rangarajan is an eminent resource on the lifestyle wellness wisdom of Vedanta in the GTA. His spontaneous ability to blend wit and wisdom renders his presentations strikingly educative, intellectually compelling and inspiring to launch into study of Vedanta. His public lectures, short duration modules such as Wellness Vedanta, Sanathana Dharma and Satsanga provide a contemporary perspective on the ancient wisdom of Vedanta and facilitate its application in daily living.
