During Upasana in 2024, 2025 and 2026, we studied in detail the Sadhana spiriutal education program as prescribed in Dharma Shashtra leading into the Gita and culminating in Upanishads. Since this theme is of great relevance to all, a day retreat to the benefit of everyone is organised during the Christmas weekend of 25, 26 & 27 December 2026 - Friday to Sunday, from 9 am to 6pm.

Meet the speaker

Rangarajan

Rangarajan, disciple of Swami Parthasarathy conducts the Upanishad lectures at the Aaranyaka retreat. The lectures include chanting of the Upanishad mantras, translation of the mantras, etymological derivation of key terminologies; interpretation and explanation on each mantra. The retreat schedule delivers material, guidance and a conducive ambience to study, reflect and unravel the sublime declarations on the Supreme Reality, Brahman.
