Thoughts are the invisible building blocks of action, destiny, course of life and its resultant direction. Thoughts are the fulcrum connecting life’s past with future, our mind with the world. Millions of thoughts pass the mind each day. Yet, there is seldom any awareness or education on how they shape our lives or on the art of thought-management. Unmanaged thoughts mutate into mental toxins causing stress, sleep disorders and mental ill-health. Saps peace and ruins the quality of life.

Vedanta enunciates one of the most powerful laws of life – ‘As you think, so you become’. The seminar delves into the workings of mind, nature of thought and the way to harness the thought-power. Transforms insipid thoughts into a powerful ‘Sankalpa Shakti’. You then command enormous inner strength to achieve any material or spiritual goal in life.
