The Vedas proclaim that the human birth is the rarest of rare opportunity. While all other beings live a life of survival and procreation, a human embodiment alone is calibrated for spiritual enquiry and evolution. Bereft of spiritual education, one remains entangled in the world, chasing wealth and pleasures, with the hope of securing happiness. Transactions such as work, profession, business, marriage, children, family, society etc sap one’s time and energy, leaving no room for any spiritual exploration. Thereby, worldly life and spiritual path, seem to remain mutually exclusive and their confluence elusive.

The talk presents the Vedic prescription to direct and convert your worldly obligations into spiritual purification. It clears the myth that work, marriage and children are obstacles to spirituality. Contrarily, upholds the indispensable roles played by them in attaining emotional and spiritual maturity.
